Riding to the Tulou of Fujian province. Tulou are Earth buildings where hundreds of people can live. Circular or square buildings, protecting its inhabitants from bad weather, and formerly from enemies. Now only old people live there, and more and more tulou are abandoned or made into museums.

Shortcuts and backstage : "Le dîner de Connes"

Last 19th and 20th of May, french amateur actors presented in Beijing, a play inspired by the famous "Dîner de Cons" written by Francis Veber. They called the play "Dîner de Connes" as they femalized the story.
They asked me to make a documentary about the shows, including shortcuts of the play, backstage before and after they played it. Here is a short extrait of the whole video, which originally lasts 32 minutes.

Short video pieces telling simple stories in Beijing. This first one takes place at the Xidan Library where we searched for a little french culture touch among the books, trying to answer the question ¨Did the French Year in China, and the Week of Francophonie help the french culture to be more popular in Beijing ?"
